Thank you so very much for baking the Birthday Cake for Harry with such short notice. It was delicious!!! Before cutting into it, Harry commented that it looked too good to eat! He said the he should take a picture instead! (Of course he just said that. No Picture was actually taken. Although you cake was certainly worthy of one!)
On Behalf of the Bethlehem Firefighters Local 735 I would like to thank you for all the work you did for our 1st Annual Firefighters Ball on Saturday December 17th. It is because of dedicated professionals like you and your staff that make an event like this so special and memorable. The ball was a great sucess and the food delicious. Just a note to express my personal thanks for your orchestrating what was unquestionably a magnificient wedding reception last Saturday. Everything from the elegant food presentation to the amazingly cordial and abundant service provided by you wait staff to your exquisite wedding cake decoration – coupled with the no less than funky ambiance of the loft – together created a wedding reception for my daughter Stephanie and her husband Robert that will certainly be remembered.
